Mayor Ruth Gstrein said businesses could apply for up to $5000 on a $1:$1 basis.
“A lot of businesses are struggling during the pandemic. It’s a matter of finding innovative ways to get their goods and services to the customers in spite of the current challenges.
“This program is designed to help existing businesses become more sustainable and help start-ups get off the ground,” Cr Gstrein said.
“That means more jobs and those workers are then able to spend and support other businesses in the Shire.”
“If your business is in the Shire and has 20 or fewer full-time equivalent employees, you could be eligible.”
