COVID Clinics Pop Up Around Southwest During School Holidays

Coronavirus screening clinics are popping up all over the southwest, with three new testing areas to begin operations along the Great Ocean Road and in Winchelsea.

Barwon Health will manage the new facilities in both Lorne and Apollo Bay, both of which opened yesterday.

Screening will be available at Winchelsea's Globe Theatre as of today.

Appointments for testing should only be arranged if you meet the symptomatic criteria, available from Barwon Health's website where you can complete an online screening.

Timboon and District Healthcare are also now offering additional testing these school holidays for those people who believe they may have coronavirus.

Two testing areas are now available in the Timboon district - the first, a pop up clinic at the Port Campbell Surf Life Saving Club and the second, in the car park of the Timboon and District Healthcare Urgent Care Centre.

No appointments are required, however there are only certain days and times the service is available. You can find them on the TDHS Facebook page.
